Creative Shop Talk with Wendy Batten

Dec 7, 2020

How do we plan for 2021 knowing that we don't want a repeat of everything that happened in 2020? With vaccines and political changes and all the things that have been going on in the world throughout this year, we're going to see a different climate again in 2021. So, how do we plan for that? How do we know what to do?

We all know that it's been a rough year. But what were the feel-good moments? What are you most proud of that happened in 2020?

In this week’s episode, we’re going to talk about planning out our 2021 and how to start planning for a new year. I’m going to have a four-part series through the month of December where I help you through the whole process of planning out the year in simple bite-sized steps. We also discuss how Susanne Spence Wilkins, the owner of Crazy 8 Barn & Garden, dropped a major revenue stream that made her profits go up

I also share how my five prompts for year planning helped a client move forward into her 2021 planning. I'll be doing it inside my retailer’s Inner Circle as well with my members.
